a)      Describe and provide an example of each of the five (5) characteristics of high quality    information
Accuracy
·              -   Accuracy is about all the values correct. For example, is the name spelled correctly? or is the dollar amount recorded properly? So, the customer must to update their profile correctly before submit especially for online customer.

C   Completeness
·            -    Completeness is about the any of the values missing. For example, is the address complete including street, city, state, and zip code? In others word, when the customer order something from any business website, they must to update their profile completely such as name, address and others without missing one of them.

      Consistency
·            -    Consistency is aggregate or summary information in agreement with detailed information. For example, do all total fields equal the true total of the individual fields.

       Uniqueness
·              -    Uniqueness is each transaction, entity, and event represented only once in the information. For example, are there any duplicate customer.

       Timeliness
·               -  Timeliness is the information current with respect to the business requirement. For example, the information maybe updated weekly, daily or hourly.
